The design of this project required a tiered theater that seats 50, a meeting room for 14, a dining room for 30, private restrooms, private customer touchdown spaces, and 3-D areas that handle equipment weighing up to 3,000 pounds. The design centerpiece is a large-format interactive screen inside the lobby, which attracts and engages visitors, and provides an effective branding opportunity. Clever solutions, like carving out an AV equipment room in the dining room and cladding it in wood to match the ceiling and concealing access doors, addressed several difficult challenges.
